Shanghai Jaccia Wood supplies the decorative panels behind every EBONY laminated door, wardrobe and wall. Their boards are built on self-developed synchronised grain — the emboss follows the print, so the panel reads and feels like sawn timber.

Eight series — from Impressionism wood grain to NANO brushed aluminium — engineered as one door · cabinet · wall system, so a finish can run from a door face onto the panelling beside it without a break. Below is the full pattern listing we work from.

Every finish is pressed onto Jaccia’s odour-free 100% eucalyptus LSB substrate.

Odour-free core

Water-washed, de-barked eucalyptus — no added formaldehyde, no smell.

Dual certified

F★★★★ and ENF — the highest emission grades, SGS tested.

≤0.3 MG/L

Near-zero emission

Formaldehyde release ≤0.3mg/L to JIS A 5908 — barely detectable.

MDI glue line

The deliberate gap.

SHADOW-GAP REVEALS

2 MM

A uniform, hairline gap left on purpose between door and carcass. It slims the cabinetry, absorbs seasonal movement so panels never rub or warp, and gives the hardware room to run — the tolerance game that separates true custom joinery from the ordinary.

Lines, carved in.

ROUTED GROOVES

Through Square Radius V-cut

Grooves routed straight into the board face for a minimal, drawn-in line — through, square, radiused or V-cut, on cabinet doors, wall panels, drawer fronts and room doors.

Shaped by the cutter.

CNC-MILLED PROFILES

Pulls and profiles milled straight out of the door itself — CNC-shaped recesses for lacquered and moulded fronts, so doors and drawers open with nothing added on.

Cut on the angle.

45° BEVEL EDGES

Face boards cut on the diagonal so a thick panel reads thin — a crisp, handle-free edge for doors, shelves and carcass sides, and a cleaner junction wherever boards meet.

Shelves built from boards of different thicknesses stacked like a sandwich — a stepped, shadowed edge for bookcases, display cabinets and desks.

PRESS-FORMED RADIUS

Panels press-formed or bent over custom moulds into large-radius curves — corners that ease the pressure of a room, on ceilings, openings and external junctions.

The mitred corner.

45° GRAIN-MATCHED MITRE

Two faces cut at exactly 45°, grain running unbroken around the edge. No end-grain, no banding line — the board simply turns the corner.

Every EBONY door — lacquered or laminated — is built on a full 25mm-thick panel, not the industry-standard 18mm. More mass, more rigidity: a door that feels like furniture, across the entire range.

Aluminium honeycomb core

Inside every lacquered door sits a full aluminium honeycomb core — the sandwich construction of aircraft flooring. It locks the panel flat for life: no warping, no bowing, zero deformation.
