Craft Details

The deliberate gap.

SHADOW-GAP REVEALS

2 MM

A uniform, hairline gap left on purpose between door and carcass. It slims the cabinetry, absorbs seasonal movement so panels never rub or warp, and gives the hardware room to run — the tolerance game that separates true custom joinery from the ordinary.

Lines, carved in.

ROUTED GROOVES

Through Square Radius V-cut

Grooves routed straight into the board face for a minimal, drawn-in line — through, square, radiused or V-cut, on cabinet doors, wall panels, drawer fronts and room doors.

The soft turn.

PRESS-FORMED RADIUS

Panels press-formed or bent over custom moulds into large-radius curves — corners that ease the pressure of a room, on ceilings, openings and external junctions.

Cut on the angle.

45° BEVEL EDGES

Face boards cut on the diagonal so a thick panel reads thin — a crisp, handle-free edge for doors, shelves and carcass sides, and a cleaner junction wherever boards meet.
